FOUNDER

Dr. Laura Lenkey is the founder and CEO of VPEd, a forward-thinking company that uses telepractice to deliver virtual clinical training to grad students at universities around the country. With over 40 years of experience in both private practice and teaching, she’s passionate about making care more accessible for underserved communities and giving students more hands-on learning opportunities. When she’s not working, you’ll find her leading adaptive horseback riding sessions and equine-assisted activities.

CO-FOUNDER

Audra Kimble is a co-founder and CFO of VPEd, as well as a bilingual speech-language pathologist. She got her Master’s in 2019 and discovered her passion for helping people with communication challenges while studying abroad in Chile, where she faced language barriers herself. Since then, she has worked with children and families in schools and the community, both in-person and through telepractice. Audra loves connecting with clients and making therapy a fun, personal, and meaningful experience. When she’s not working, she’s usually out hiking, reading a good book, traveling, or playing tennis.
